I do not have an account with Office Express. How do I open an account?
- There are several ways to open an account with Office Express. You can fill out and submit an online new account set-up form or print it and either fax it to 919-954-8181 or mail it to us. You can also give our customer service team a call at 919-876-6789 and we will be glad to assist you in setting up an account.
If I do not have an account, can I still place an order?
- Absolutely! If you would like to place an order, and do not wish to open an account, you may call our customer service team at 919-876-6789 to place your order, or you may access our online ordering system by clicking here.
I have an online account, but I have forgotten my user name and password, what do I do?

I am exempt from sales taxes, what do I need to do for tax exempt ordering?
- In order to use your tax-exempt status, new customers will need to provide us with a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.

What invoicing options does Office Express offer?

Generally, an invoice accompanies the delivery of the products. If directed, we will also
send a copy of the invoice to the accounts payable department for invoice processing.

Statements that itemize open balances can be generated as needed or as directed.

What payment options does Office Express accept.
- Office Express accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
- We also accept payment by check and government procurement cards.
- Businesses wishing to order and pay upon receipt of an invoice may be eligible to establish
an open account. Click here to complete our credit application and send your request.
- Special payment options may be established in advance on a case by case basis.

What are your shipping fees / delivery charges?

Generally, Office Express does not charge a delivery or set-up fee for local deliveries (including furniture deliveries). If a situation dictates a delivery or set-up fee, you will be notified during order processing or billing. We do reserve the right to charge shipping and delivery fees. Can I stop by Office Express to pick up an order?
- Absolutely! Just advise us when placing the order that you would like to stop by and pick up your order. We will have it ready when you arrive.
Will you allow me to ship to an address that is different from my account's bill to / ship to address?
- In the event that you need to ship your order to an address that is different from what is set up on your account, please advise customer service of the shipping address at the time of your order. (Additional charges may apply if the address is outside of our delivery area.)
When will my order be shipped?
- Most orders placed before 4:00 P.M. will be routinely delivered the next day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Some orders placed after 4:00 P.M. will ship the second business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Special orders, furniture orders, stamp orders, and printing orders are usually not available as a next day shipment (shipping times will vary depending on the order). Shipping information is usually available at time of order.

How do I return a product?

Criteria for returns include:
- Return must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.
- Product must be in resaleable condition and in the original packaging with instructions, etc. intact.
- No returns on custom orders, special orders, open software, food items, or assembled products.
Will you match a price for me?
- We have everyday low pricing on thousands of items, but will periodically match a price for a customer. Just call our Customer Service Team at 919-876-6789 for assistance.
Do you offer rebates?
- Manufacturer rebates and promos are available to our customers as publicized. (Click here for rebates currently available.)
- Volume rebates are available as defined in corporate purchasing agreements.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
