If ever there is a need to return an item, you may request a return authorization by:

Criteria for returns include:

Return must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.
Product must be in resaleable condition and in the original packaging with instructions, etc. intact.
No returns on custom orders, special orders, open software, food items or assembled products.

Credits

After return of product to Office Express, it will be checked and if found to be in good and resaleable condition, a credit will be issued.
Product returned after 10 days may be subject to a restocking charge.
Credit memos will be mailed or faxed to you.
